SinVerse’s Latest Land Sale and Business Licenses for Web3 GTA-Style Metaverse

SinVerse is gearing up for another exhilarating land sale, giving players the chance to own a slice of the action and establish their very own business empire. Whether you’re keen to deal firearms, operate a nightclub, or simply hang out at your cannabis coffee shop, SinVerse is the place to be for creating your own destiny within this thrilling GTA-style virtual universe.

If you’re ready to own some prime virtual real estate, mark your calendars for April 21st, 2023. However, if you missed out on joining the staking pools earlier this year, you may have to cross your fingers and hope for a shot at securing a plot in the public sale, albeit with slim chances. The whitelist sale commences on April 21st at 8pm UTC, while the public sale opens simultaneously. To see if you’re on the whitelist, check out the official Google doc.

On April 17th, SinVerse revealed the specific land plots and prices that are up for grabs. All purchases must be made using SIN tokens. This will be the final land sale for SinVerse until the resale market opens, expected in Q2 2023, after which land staking will soon follow.

Additionally, there will be a forthcoming sale of Business Licenses, which come in three tiers: General, Premium, and Exclusive. Players can earn profits when fellow gamers patronize their stores, but first, plot owners must construct their businesses. Each plot comes with a General License that enables players to create a custom store. However, to operate premium in-game businesses like liquor stores, hospitals, coffee shops, and meth labs, owners must purchase a Premium or Exclusive license. For all player-to-player in-game transactions, SIN tokens will be used.

So, what exactly is SinVerse?

Branded as the “R-rated Metaverse,” SinVerse is similar to a web3 version of GTA online, replete with high-octane action, cars, and firearms, as well as the opportunity to own shops and businesses and even build a criminal empire in-game.

Players in SinVerse own land plots in the city’s 17 Districts, each linked to a specific faction and boasting unique resources or perks. Districts include The Strip, The Red Light District, and the Fashion District.

Constructing buildings on land plots entails gathering resources in-game, providing opportunities for player merchants, faction negotiations, monopolies, and turf wars. SinVerse has partnered with Vulcan Verse to develop the game, and while still in development, SinVerse holds play-and-earn events regularly.
